General Rules:

FIDE rules will be followed
All players must report by 9:00 AM
Time control: 15min + 5 Sec incremental
Tie breaker: Direct Encounter, Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz Total
Organizing committee holds full right to disqualify any Participants under any Valid Circumstances
Organizing committee holds the right to disallow any participation, refund or cancel tournament under valid circumstances
Kids Participating in Tournament are requested to maintain silence all the time and follow Coach/Arbiter instruction all the time
Participants not obeying to Arbiter may get disqualified
Arbiter decision will be always binding
No Spot Entry Allowed
